Olab Studio is an AI-powered video creation platform. Users provide a topic or script; our system automatically generates a complete short-form video — including AI voiceover, scene layout, captions, and background music — ready to publish on TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Olab Studio.

Account responsibilities

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
• Provide accurate information when creating your account, and keep it up to date.

Intellectual property

• You own the content you create using Olab Studio.
• Olab Studio's platform, technology, and branding remain the property of Olab.

Olab Studio uses a credit-based billing model. You purchase a credit package upfront, and credits are deducted automatically based on your usage.

How credits work

• Purchase a credit package to add credits to your account balance.
• Credits are deducted automatically each time you use the service (e.g. generating a video).
• There is no recurring subscription — you only pay when you buy more credits.

Payment processor

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.

We only issue refunds when a payment error occurs on Olab's side and you haven't used any credits from that purchase yet.

• Eligible: a payment or system error on Olab's side prevented your purchased credits from being delivered or applied correctly.
• Not eligible: any purchase where credits have already been used, even partially.

This Privacy Policy describes how Olab Studio collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our platform. By using Olab Studio, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information we collect:

• Account information: name, email address, and profile picture provided during Google OAuth login.
• Usage data: videos created, scripts generated, credits consumed, timestamps of activity.

How we use your information:

• To provide, maintain, and improve the platform.
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• To process credit purchases and display your balance.
• To send transactional notifications (video completion, low credit alerts).
• To analyze usage patterns and improve AI output quality.

Third-party sharing:

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• Service providers (hosting, payment processing, analytics) may process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.

Data retention:

Users of Olab Studio agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to our API outside of normal platform use.

• Circumvent credit limits or payment systems.
